The Pechanga Indian Reservation neither warrants nor represents that your use of materials displayed on the Site will not infringe rights of third parties not owned by or affiliated with the Pechanga Indian Reservation.

While the Pechanga Indian Reservation uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information in the Site, the Pechanga Indian Reservation makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. The Pechanga Indian Reservation assumes no and disclaims all liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Site.

Your use of and browsing in the Site are at your risk. Neither the Pechanga Indian Reservation nor any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering the Site is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of, the Site. You agree to indemnify and hold the Pechanga Indian Reservation harmless from and against any and all losses, liabilities, costs, damages and expenses including reasonable attorney's fees incurred, sustained or imposed upon the Pechanga Indian Reservation as result of any claims, suits, or demands arising out of or related to such materials transmitted, posted and/or communicated on or to the Site by you.

Images of people of places displayed on the Site are either the property of, or used with permission by, the Pechanga Indian Reservation. The use of these images by you or anyone else authorized by you, is prohibited unless specifically permitted by these Terms and Conditions or specific permission provided elsewhere on the Site. Any unauthorized use of the images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity and communications regulations and statues.

The trademarks, logos and service marks (collectively the "Trademarks") displayed on the Site are registered and unregistered Trademarks of the Pechanga Indian Reservation and others. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to us or any of the Trademarks displayed on the Site without the written permission of the Pechanga Indian Reservation or such party that may own the Trademarks displayed on the Site. Your misuse of the Trademarks displayed on the Site or any other content on the Site, is strictly prohibited. You are also advised that the Pechanga Indian Reservation will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including the seeking of criminal prosecution.

The Pechanga Indian Reservation has not reviewed all the sites linked to the Site and is not responsible for the content of any others sites linked to the Site. Your linking to any other off-site pages or other sites is at your own risk.

Although the Pechanga Indian Reservation may from time to time monitor or review discussions, chats, postings, transmissions, bulletin boards, and the like on the Site, the Pechanga Indian Reservation is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such locations not for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger or inaccuracy contained in any information within such locations on the Site. The provisions in this Terms and Conditions will in no way waive the sovereign immunity of the Pechanga Band of Luiseño Mission Indians.

Pechanga Tribal Member Use

Authorized access to sensitive Tribal information is provided for the Pechanga Tribal members only. The Pechanga Tribal Council through authorization by the Pechanga General Membership reserves the right to amend or revoke this authorization at any time, without notice. Pechanga Tribal Members who access this information agree to abide by all ordinances and laws of the Pechanga Indian Reservation and agree to keep confidential all sensitive Tribal information, including but not limited to, all information deemed to be Pechanga Confidential Information under the Pechanga Mailing List Ordinance of 2003.
