Driver involved in parking lot crash not allowed into casino
Pechanga Indian Reservation, CA, August 10, 2009 -- At approximately 7:20 Sunday morning, a 62-year old female crashed into two parked cars in a casino parking structure while tying to park. No serious injuries were sustained by either the driver or guests of Pechanga.
Earlier media reports inaccurately reported the patron was allowed entry into the casino to gamble. The inaccurate reports were the result of a misunderstanding on a CHP incident bulletin posted to the agency's website. It was a patron whose vehicle was struck who was allowed into the casino. Please contact CHP public information officer Ron Thatcher for more information.
