Elected Officials
The Pechanga Development Corporation has the responsibility to generate jobs and government revenues that will allow the Pechanga people to make lasting economic progress assuring benefit to Tribal cultural, educational and economic priorities. The PDC reports to the General Council (all tribal members of voting age) on a quarterly basis.
The PDC employs a chief financial officer, an internal auditor and an executive assistant to the board. It utilizes consultants and specialists on an as-needed basis. This allows the corporation to take advantage of credible and experienced local professionals while maintaining a cost savings to the tribe. Like economic development corporations, redevelopment and planning departments created by cities to plan, finance and administer urban or rural redevelopment, the PDC incorporates the same in-depth research, marketing and planning sophistication that private sector commercial companies bring to business development.

The five members of the Pechanga Development Corporation have the responsibility of creating jobs and government revenue that will allow the Pechanga Tribe to continue on with its efforts to become truly self-reliant.
